As a Dads Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children.Your roleYour role would include helping to improve the mental/physical health of fathers, by providing practical support in a variety of settings, including the home; and to improve the social/emotional development of the child by promoting positive parenting skills and healthy coupling relationships.
