In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of the charity’s mass participation fundraising programme by coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring an exceptional experience for our supporters. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for fundraising enquiries Provide administrative support across the team Maintain efficient systems and processes that underpin the success of campaigns Engage with online communities, write compelling social media content and support stewardship activities to inspire and motivate supporters Assist with the delivery of virtual events Help improve internal processes and work closely with colleagues to keep the supporter experience at the heart of everything we do Maintain the fundraising database (MS Dynamics) ensuring all supporter information is accurate and up to date Support and onboard Volunteer Facebook Group Champions, ensuring they receive key documents, clarity around campaigns, and feel valued Requirements Experience of following administrative processes Ability to build positive relationships, networking and/or customer service skills Basic DBS check will be required If you would like to find out more about the role, or have any queries, please get in touch with recruitment@dementiauk.org.
