Subjects You May Cover English Mathematics Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) Humanities (History, Geography, Religious Studies) Modern Foreign Languages Design & Technology ICT / Computer Science Physical Education (PE) Art & Performing Arts Contract / Position Details Location: Various schools in Dorset and South Somerset Position: Secondary Supply Teacher (covering multiple subjects) Type of Work: Delivering lessons and maintaining classroom standards in the absence of the class teacher Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing until further notice Contract Type: Temporary Full-time / Part-time: Both available - daily supply Minimum Rate of Pay: From 135 per day Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm Experience, Training and Qualifications Essential: QTS, QTLS, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification Previous experience working in a UK secondary school Desirable: Up-to-date Safeguarding training (issued within the last year) Strong classroom management and adaptability Eligibility Requirements To work through Prospero Teaching, you must: Hold the Right to Work in the UK Have an enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registered on the update service (or be willing to apply for one) Provide two professional child-related references covering the last two years Interested?
