As Chief of Staff you will work directly with the CEO to drive the most critical initiatives that shape its future. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving hard problems, and wants exposure to every aspect of building and scaling a company. You will support business development, manage strategic projects, and collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure a high‑quality go‑to‑market strategy. Tasks Support the CEO on strategic agenda and day‑to‑day execution. Advance business development activities: pipeline research, partnership outreach, proposal preparation and deal support. Drive and own strategic projects spanning product, operations, and commercial teams. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform leadership decision‑making. Create compelling presentations and analyses for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders. Act as a force multiplier for the CEO — ensuring meetings, follow‑ups and initiatives move forward efficiently. Roll up your sleeves to solve problems wherever they arise — sales, operations, product feedback or hiring. Requirements Distinguished academic record from a leading university. ~2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or a high‑growth start‑up in a strategy, operations or chief‑of‑staff style role. Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills — able to structure ambiguous problems quickly and derive insights from data. Highly effective communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Driven and reliable with excellent work ethic and high integrity. Fluent in English and German. Nice to have Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in strategy, growth or operations. Exposure to fundraising, investor relations or board‑level work.
