We are seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund/Client Accounting II to join our UK Trade Capture team. Responsibilities Report directly to the Vice President Fund Accounting Manager and support the Manager in running a team of approximately 8 staff, ensuring timely processing of all client trade instructions and internal controls against intraday deadlines while maintaining high quality service and minimizing risk. Expose to complex market instruments and build interdepartmental relationships across Fund Accounting, Valuations, Corporate Actions, Data Management and Client Delivery; participate in project‑based activities and review of new and existing processes and controls. Understand the processes, controls, procedures and systems operating within the team and perform designated functions to a high standard, providing accurate and timely services to other teams and clients. Assist in managing the performance of the team and its individual members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3–5 years of total work experience preferred. Ability to contribute to team objectives and provide guidance to less experienced team members. People‑management responsibilities may apply in some geographies.
