Life assurance with the option to increase cover We’re open to flexible working options – just ask What you’ll do day to day Provide guidance to customers on the availability of parts, ensuring timely and accurate information Receive, log, and accurately allocate parts and consumables from suppliers Deliver outstanding customer service to both external and internal customers Offer knowledgeable recommendations on suitable parts to meet customer requirements Maintain accurate customer records on our systems Effectively communicate relevant promotions, offers, and product information to customers Ensure full familiarity with all procedures and processes within the parts department Build and maintain strong working relationships with the manufacturer and suppliers Helpful skills and qualifications Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here− if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you. Strong ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Capable of maintaining a methodical and logical approach, particularly during busy periods Excellent communication and customer service skills Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure Proficient in IT, with experience of using web-based systems, email, and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Must hold a valid UK driving licence We value diversity and believe it strengthens our team.
