As Technical Director, you will drive the expansion of our Port Masterplanning capabilities by developing new service offerings, fostering early engagement with clients, and delivering complex projects that shape the future of maritime infrastructure. Based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, with a hybrid working arrangement, you will work across divisions, collaborate with global partners, and support and co‑coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, sustainable solutions. Key Responsibilities Oversee the strategic growth of Port Masterplanning services. Explore and develop new market opportunities globally. Develop tailored service packages in collaboration with internal and external experts. Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships. Oversee and contribute to successful bid preparation and project delivery. Align research and innovation with commercial market needs. Mentor and develop a collaborative and effective team.
