About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple reroofing projects across Plymouth. Working with a respected social housing contractor, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations for reroofing works.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Monitor progress against programme and budget.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Liaise with clients, residents, and internal teams to maintain excellent communication.
Ensure all works meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager within roofing or social housing projects.
Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site management best practices.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential).
Full UK driving licence.
