Manufacturing Careers with Northwood TissueReady to demonstrate your expertise in Electrical Engineering in a clean, state of the art FMCG Manufacturing environment?You will be fully utilised in this role, reducing downtime, improving repair times, and enhancing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off2 days from 6am to 6pm2 nights from 6pm to 6am4 days off shiftWhat You'll Get Involved InPPM maintenance programsCommissioning new projectsUtilising planning tools and CMMS systems to organise weekly tasks and improvement projectsEnsuring accurate reporting and documentation of all maintenance activitiesAs our Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play an integral role in troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.From managing spare parts and purchasing systems, to conducting criticality and obsolescence assessments, your attention to detail will help streamline operations and support continuous improvement (CI).To further support CI, you will use improvement tools such as 5S, TPM, Asset Management and Kaizen.
