Who You Will Work With Our client is a financial services company offering a range of products and solutions. What You’ll Do Prepare statutory financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with relevant GAAP, including limited companies, LLPs, and Registered Providers of Social Housing Coordinate with external auditors, senior management, Board members, and marketing agencies to prepare and deliver annual reports for Registered Providers, ensuring accurate regulatory content and professionally designed published versions Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statement presentation, including all required disclosures in compliance with relevant accounting standards Compile and prepare Value for Money (VfM) statements for Registered Provider entities, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulatory requirements Assist the Financial Controller and Senior Management Accountant in meeting audit deadlines and ensuring timely completion of audit processes Undertake additional or ad‑hoc tasks as needed to support the business and ensure operational objectives are met What You Bring Must be a fully qualified accountant (eg, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar) Proven experience in the Property or Construction sector – ideally with a focus on affordable housing Audit practice experience with strong expertise in preparing statutory accounts Strong understanding of the large corporate environment, with proven ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively across teams and functions Excellent IT proficiency and strong presentation skills What’s Next If you are ready to take the next step, apply now Successful applicants will be contacted directly by a recruiter to discuss the role more.
