We’re seeking a Junior Pre-Contract Manager to join a dynamic team and support the delivery of high-quality projects during the pre-construction phase. About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset to develop their skills in design coordination, cost management, and tender processes. You’ll work closely with senior team members to ensure projects are prepared for success. Key Responsibilities Assist in taking IT, AV, and MEP Services briefs Support review of Employer’s Requirements and building survey analysis Help coordinate design and tender submissions Contribute to costings and programme development Liaise with subcontractors during pre-construction stage Assist in preparing specifications and summary cost reports Support health & safety planning and sustainability aspects Participate in preparing contract documentation and handover packs What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and communication skills Detail‑oriented and eager to learn Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities Some experience or exposure to design coordination and cost management Why Apply?
