Role Title: Graduate Civil Engineer - Highways Start Date: September 2026 Location: Leicester Job Description We have opportunities in our Leicester office for Graduates with a keen interest in developing skills in civil and structural engineering to join our busy highways, bridges and infrastructure design team working on a variety of high-profile projects. Our projects range from major highways schemes to small junction improvement works for a variety of clients including Government bodies and private developers in both the Public and Private Sector. Key Duties Undertake design for a wide variety of highways, bridges or infrastructure design projects Assist in design reviews and verification checks, as required Support in the delivery of major highway projects, bridges and utilities Assist in the contract administration of projects Provide technical assistance to the members of the Civil/structural Engineering team Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and stakeholders Qualifications/Skills Required Minimum 2.1 degree in Civil Engineering (MEng, BEng, BSc) Previous technical / industry experience MS Office skills Experience in the use of Civil Engineering design software including AutoCad Commitment to achieving professional qualifications in engineering/chartered status Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated Suitability for security clearance Application Closing Date: 31 October 2025 Assessment Centre to be held: February 2026 We take pride in delivering projects effectively for clients.
