About the Role: Full‑time, term‑time only Supporting students with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication needs, and complex learning difficulties Working alongside teachers and support staff to deliver personalised learning and encourage positive engagement Providing 1:1 and small‑group support Contributing to students’ social, emotional, and educational development Ideal Candidate: Calm, resilient, and compassionate Keen to learn and develop within an SEN setting Able to build trusting relationships with students and staff Open to training, feedback, and hands‑on learning No previous school experience is required—just the right attitude and willingness to grow Why This Role?
