Warehouse & Production OperativeJoin Watts Water Technologies as a Warehouse & Production Operative. This multi‑functional role supports warehouse and production operations, ensuring smooth workflow of goods‑in, dispatch, quality inspection and production.Responsibilities and DutiesEnsuring incoming goods are correctly signed for and received in good condition.Unpacking, checking quantities and condition, booking in, basic inspection and putting away of purchased items.Working with purchasing/sales to resolve day to day queries on deliveries.Inputting authorised stock movementsProcessing waste streams, baling waste and ensuring recycling is optimised.Notifying purchasing when non-hazardous waste needs collectingForklift duties in unloading wagons as well as any other duties within factory.Picking, packing goods to dispatch through transport network.Booking goods to ship on transport through TMS.Booking, allocating and picking pipe and fittings.Operating pipe cutting machinery.Assembly,sub-assembly and final assembly of items in accordance with manufacturing work instructionsTest finished product in accordance with manufacturing instructions.Compliance to companies and groups internal and external proceduresEnsure all safety procedures & regulations are followed and engage in safety initiatives to improve procedures.To carry out any such other duties that may be reasonably requested of you.EducationForklift truck licenseCompetency in IT applications and numeracyManagementThis role has no direct reports.Experience, Skills and QualitiesWorking in warehouse environmentsCompetency in IT applications and numeracyAttention to detailAble to work on own initiativeSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesWholesale Building Materials #J-18808-Ljbffr
