Role SummaryThe Dynamics 365 Application Manager is responsible for configuration and changes to the newly implemented D365 F&O ERP solution. Reporting to the Senior Configuration Manager, they work closely with the Finance Business Systems team, developers and testers to ensure the system meets business needs and manage a team of application analysts who design and build configuration changes as part of the Finance product team.Base Pay RangeHybrid role, working from the High Wycombe office 1-2 times per week.37.5 hours per week – Mon‑Fri.Core ResponsibilitiesManage configuration of D365 F&O and other Finance & Procurement systems, working closely with business to derive maximum value.Lead and develop a team of up to 3 application analysts, providing training and career development.Design technical system enhancements, extensions and integrations using industry standard tools.Define configuration management process, establishing and maintaining configuration baseline for further development, testing and deployment.Plan configuration & development needs over a rolling 12‑month horizon, managing capacity to deliver changes.Provide third‑line technical support and troubleshooting for system issues, collaborating with internal IT support, vendor support and other vendors.Essential RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, system analysis or related study.Experience configuring and managing D365 F&O.Experience working with Power Platform preferred but not essential.Strong knowledge of enterprise application functionality, architecture and development tools.Proficient in industry tools such as Azure DevOps to track configuration changes through an Agile lifecycle.About BiffaBiffa is changing the way people think about waste.
