The Role: We seek lecturers to teach across undergraduate levels as part of the BA (Hons) Global Business and Entrepreneurship programme in partnership with Oxford Brookes University. Flexibility required during weekdays, evenings, and weekends. What you’ll be doing: Deliver management related modules in project management, business planning, entrepreneurial people, financial management, strategic management. Develop and deliver comprehensive course materials; manage all aspects of learning, teaching, assessment, and student support. Keep up to date with latest field developments. Responsibilities Include: Planning, delivering, and assessing student work to meet learning outcomes. Developing, updating, and improving course materials. Using varied learning and teaching methods/materials. Participating in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings, and administrative duties. Staying current with field developments and student support practices. Working toward objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction, and progression. About You: Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable). Previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area. Extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter. Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback. Ability to report accurately and maintain thorough student records. Capacity to work under pressure, plan, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Ability to work with diverse groups of people. Desirable: Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification, or commitment to enrol and complete during probation.
