This role does not offer sponsorship.About The RoleAs Pastoral Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the emotional climate of the school—ensuring every young person is supported with dignity, respect, and care. You’ll be the steady, reassuring presence students turn to during moments of challenge, and you’ll guide staff in creating supportive strategies that promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and full participation in learning. The Manor House is located on 17 acres of parkland in Suffolk, East Anglia.
