Job SummaryJunior UX Researcher at Calero. As a member of the product team, you’ll work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop next-generation product features, with a focus on AI and automation workflows. You’ll champion user needs through interviews and usability testing, collecting qualitative and quantitative data from both internal and client groups. You will also be involved in building prototypes and mockups to support the test process.ResponsibilitiesPractice research on UX best practices for applicationsLead contextual user interviews and usability tests to validate design decisionsOversee the framework for testing and surveys on platforms such as Appcues, AHA, and BallparkPresent findings and analysis to the business to inform the roadmapDevelop an understanding of business needs in areas such as Finance, Telecoms, Mobility, SaaS, and Payment ManagementCreate mock-ups and interactive prototypes using FigmaCollaborate with product stakeholders, business, and technology teams, helping lead their understanding of the user requirements through research data and personasEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceExperience and TrainingExperience in UX research and design, ideally with B2B products and AI featuresAbility to translate complex user data into clear product directionExcellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to and collaborating with internal stakeholders and clientsHighly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience in data visualizationExpertise around controlling and publishing user researchTechnical KnowledgeFoundation in user research, test creation, and visual designProficiency in Figma (essential)Familiarity with agile methodologies and design sprintsCritical ThinkingIndependent level of problem‑solving ability.
