About the Role We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Lead to join our Credit & Political Risk team. The role focuses on technical processing, documentation, and portfolio administration—ensuring operational accuracy, compliance and timely execution of transactions. Responsibilities Entering data into internal systems, including policy loading and premium adjustments. Submitting FDO and LPANs to Xchanging and managing related queries. Drafting and processing slips, endorsements, and mid‑term adjustments. Maintaining accurate records of policies, renewals and cancellations. Monitoring portfolio data, premium flows and exposure metrics. Liaising with underwriters, brokers and internal teams to confirm transaction details. Qualifications Experience with broker systems such as Brokasure or riskSERVE. Strong technical proficiency in policy processing and documentation. Prior experience in insurance operations, ideally within credit and political risk. Familiarity with Lloyd’s market practices and regulatory frameworks. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
