Specialist Costs & Insurance - Legal Recruitment ConsultantThe RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to join a Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked law firm known for providing high-quality legal services to both businesses and individuals.As the Casualty department continues to expand, the firm is looking for a File Handler to manage their own caseload. You will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of Employer’s Liability and Public Liability cases for multiple insurance clients. The role demands a meticulous, analytical approach to liability issues, with a solid understanding or experience in handling the documents and evidence typically involved in these cases.Most of the cases will be Fast-Track, with the opportunity to manage Multi-Track cases up to £100K. These cases are typically handled on a non-delegated authority basis.
