B2B Digital Publisher Farnborough International is looking for an ambitious, proactive, and hands‑on Publisher to strengthen its digital news channel (AGN: Aerospace Global News). The Publisher will play a vital role in evolving the AGN brand for an audience that looks to Farnborough for objective and authoritative guidance on the issues impacting the aerospace industry. The position is highly visible and important, requiring frequent international travel and strong strategic alignment with a comprehensive investment programme to deliver worldclass output. Farnborough International and its parent company ADS Ltd aspire to launch additional publications (digital and print). The Publisher must be familiar with the challenges and opportunities of this expansion and is expected to lead this process. The Candidate We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Publisher with proven experience in driving impactful campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will hold a BS/MS degree and possess a strong background in digital marketing, print media, and magazine production. You will have demonstrable expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, as well as optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing, Google Analytics, and other website analytics tools is essential, along with experience in Google Ads campaign setup and optimization. A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ad‑serving tools, combined with strong analytical skills and data‑driven thinking, is required. You should be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, and have excellent copywriting skills to create engaging content that informs and motivates target audiences.
