Reading engineering drawings and producing high‑quality products to exact specifications. Working to set production targets. Ability to safely move production parts. Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement. Ensuring compliance to all general site rules, regulations, policies & procedures. Any other duties as required by management to suit business needs. Adherence to our ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Adherence to company health and safety procedures. Qualifications – Essential Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Previous experience in a production‑based role within an engineering capacity. Able to use a wide range of carpentry/woodwork tools. Proven literacy and numeracy skills. Effective communication of problems/issues with all team members. Compliance with quality regulations & standards, attention to detail. Available to work flexible hours when required with notice. Previous joinery experience. Qualified Joiner/Carpenter (Desirable).
