OverviewThe Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) assists the ward team in providing high quality compassionate care through assistance to patients and their relatives and carers appropriate to their needs, and under direction from registered practitioners.InterviewsInterviews for this position will be held in person ONLY at Scarborough Hospital. Remote interviews will not be available.How to express interestInterested candidates are encouraged to make contact with the Recruiting Manager to have an informal discussion about the role.ResponsibilitiesGreet and receive patients, carers, and other visitors to the ward/department in a courteous and compassionate manner in line with Trust values (includes receiving people via telephone and online).
