Paraplanner Cambridge – Hybrid working. Salary: Up to £45,000. We are working with a highly respected national financial planning business that is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their Cambridge office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing organisation where you’ll work closely with Financial Advisers and a skilled paraplanning team to deliver high-quality technical support and exceptional client service. As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting Advisers by conducting technical research, preparing detailed suitability reports, and ensuring all work meets regulatory and internal compliance standards. You’ll collaborate seamlessly with Advisers, Admin Support, and external partners to enhance the client experience and contribute to continuous improvement across the planning team. Benefits Salary up to £45,000 Hybrid working – 2 days from home 35‑hour week (9am–5pm) 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays + duvet day on birthday + Christmas/New Year office closure Life Assurance Auto‑enrolment pension Full exam/study support Opportunity to join a growing firm with clear support and professional development To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have Ideally, the Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS/DipFA) Good technical knowledge, including tax‑efficient investments (BR, EIS, VCT) and offshore bonds. Experience working with HNW clients (personal/pensions/trusts/LLPs). Confident use of industry software such as Intelliflo (IO), FE Analytics, Selectapension, or Dynamic Planner.
