Salary: Up to £65k base (Depending on experience) + Uncapped Earnings (40% commission over 2x validation threshold)

About the Role:

As a Specialist Finance Mortgage Broker, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients with unique property finance needs. From initial client engagement to completing deals, you'll work across a variety of financing solutions, including bridging, development, and commercial finance. This role offers a ready-made lead source, a supportive team environment, and the chance to shape your career in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client relationships and guide them through the mortgage process.
  2. Structure and present tailored finance solutions to meet client objectives.
  3. Negotiate terms with lenders to secure favourable deals.
  4. Handle cases in bridging loans, development, and commercial finance.
  5. Collaborate with the team to shape business strategy and growth.
  6. Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in specialist property finance, with a strong track record of arranging specialist mortgages.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage clients from diverse sectors.
  3. Strong understanding of Bridging, commercial and development finance products and client-focused solutions.
  4. Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional results.
  5. Ability to manage multiple cases under pressure.
