Sales Executive – VIP Sport & Music Hospitality Headline Events Ltd is one of the UK’s fastest growing VIP hospitality companies, delivering outstanding experiences at the world’s biggest sport and music events. We are expanding our Glasgow office and looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to prospect, pitch and close and who thrives in a performance‑driven environment. This is not a customer service role. This is a high‑energy, outbound sales position built for people who want to win. If you have the attitude, discipline, and hunger to chase new business every day, you’ll do exceptionally well here. The Role Sell premium VIP hospitality packages to B2B and B2C clients Daily outbound prospecting with full telephone pitches Build your own pipeline from scratch and convert consistently Hold structured follow‑up calls, issue quotes, and close deals Manage accounts and drive repeat business Represent Headline Events at major UK and international events This role requires confidence, control of the conversation, and the ability to build urgency. What We’re Looking For A genuine hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, competitive Strong closer with professional objection‑handling skills Resilient, disciplined, and target‑driven Comfortable working at pace and owning your results Interest in sport, live entertainment, or major events is a bonus If you enjoy chasing business, building relationships, and outperforming targets, this environment will suit you perfectly.
