In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services for our customers. If you have a passion for electronics, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from youResponsibilitiesPerform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed.Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards.RequirementsExperience field service engineering background; experience on ATMs would be desirable.Valid UK driver's license with no more than 6 active points at the time of hire.Strong technical and problem-solving skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work well independently.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.No live CCJs, IVAs, or bankruptcy declarations.Annual leave entitlement of 21 days for 4 on 4 off – this increases with length of service.BenefitsFull uniform provided.Full tool kit provided.Company vehicle provided (small to mid-sized panel van).Comprehensive job training.Life insurance scheme (x 3 annual salary).Sickness insurance after 12 months of service.Store discounts and cashback with top UK brands after 12 months of service.Employee wellness programme, including 24‑hr confidential counselling and more.Working Hours4 on 4 offSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionTransportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage #J-18808-Ljbffr
