Client Onboarding Specialist Location: Chester, England, United Kingdom. Contract: 12 months. First 3 months office-based; thereafter hybrid with 1‑2 days from home. Working hours Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm; flexibility required during busy periods. Salary: £36,000 per annum plus extensive benefits. Day‑rate option available. PAYE basis only; LTD/Umbrella company not permitted. Key Responsibilities Manage client implementations from initiation to completion across the bank’s cash management solutions. Partner with clients to agree on project delivery timelines, communicate status updates, and identify/mitigate risks. Provide a tailored approach to meet client needs using project‑management routines for larger deliverables. Lead conference calls with clients and internal stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and influence outcomes where necessary. Complete product and service set‑ups within systems, maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails. Keep stakeholders informed of onboarding progress and escale issues as needed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, changing environment. What We’re Looking For Client onboarding experience (not AML/KYC). Strong stakeholder management skills (internal and external). Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage high volumes under pressure. Proven ability to manage and negotiate deadlines effectively. Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Previous project‑management or relevant experience – candidates must hit the ground running. Preferred Skills Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving ability. Experience in financial services or investment banking is advantageous. Broad understanding of cash and treasury solutions.
