We work with world-renowned battery manufacturers/integrators on complex transactions that span both UK and Europe.If you like to learn, be part of a collaborative and vibrant workspace; we’re of course interested in what makes you tick, then this is for youYou will be supported by a wider sector team of approximately 90 lawyers in other practice areas across our 13 offices including, real estate, corporate, finance, environment, planning and dispute resolution.You will have an opportunity to work on a wide spectrum of clean energy projects.Your work will include leading or supporting on transactions which will include, as you will know, drafting documents (bespoke, FIDIC/MF/1 forms) and negotiating relevant forms.The team deal with (for e.g.):BESS/Solar Supply Agreements and EPC contractsO&Ms & LTSAsComponent WarrantiesClean energy project developments, acquisitions and disposalsFamiliarity with technologies including BESS, solar PV, wind, hydro, energy-from waste, biogas, hydrogen, EV charging infrastructure and/or district heating would also be an advantage.
