Now’s the perfect time to join us and be part of something exciting and truly rewarding.Job DescriptionThis exciting full time opportunity offers sponsorship for flight instructors looking to expand their qualifications and advance their careers in aviation education.Provide comprehensive flight instruction to trainees pursuing licenses and ratings, Maintain accurate training records and trainee progress reports in compliance with aviation authority regulationsParticipate in continuous professional development activities to enhance personal qualifications and ratingsPerform pre-flight and post-flight briefings, emphasising critical learning points and areas for improvementUpholdthe highest standards of safety and professionalismQualificationsHold a current Unrestricted Flight Instructor CertificateDemonstrate a strong commitment to aviation education and safetyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to traineesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong time management and organisational skillsHold a valid Class 1 Medical CertificatePrevious experience as a flight instructor is preferred but not requiredAdditional InformationWe are committed to offering the most competitive benefits package to our Flight Instructors, including:£55,000 per annum (depending on experience)Fully bonded sponsorship for additional ratings, including potential hour building on multi engine piston aircraft on Piper Seminoles in Florida.Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesAccess to state-of-the-art training facilities and resourcesOpportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive teamCareer advancement opportunities within our organisationGenerous pension scheme30 days paid annual leave (inclusive of UK Public Holidays) based on 4.5-day working weekPrivate health care for you and your spouseDiscount with corporate partnersThis is an opportunity not to be missed.
