Job Title: Legionella/Water Treatment Administrator Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire Salary / Benefits: £21k – £26k + Training + Benefits Level of Experience: Trainee to Lead Legionella/Water Treatment Administratorp> Profile Our client is a professional and well-established company within the Legionella / Water Treatment industry, providing a wide array of services to a mix of industrial, commercial, and domestic customers across the UK. They are looking to recruit an organised and keen Legionella/Water Treatment Administrator based in the Rotherham area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within an administration role within the legionella / water treatment industry, assisting managers with day‑to‑day planning, scheduling works, and other general administration duties. Applications will be considered from: Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford, Chesterfield, Leeds, Halifax. Experience & Qualifications Ideally comes from an administrative role within the legionella / water treatment industry. Must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. The Role Providing support to managers with day‑to‑day planning. Maintaining and updating database systems. Providing clients with quotes for works to be carried out. Planning, scheduling, and allocating jobs to engineers. Producing instruction manuals. Providing clients and customers with technical support. Dealing with any enquiries from clients and staff effectively.
