For further information about this role and LiveWest, please view our candidate information pack.About The CandidateTo be successful in your application for the role of Administrator – People Services, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role‑specific skills and experience:EssentialExperience of delivering administrative tasks/working in an administrative role.Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience using integrated information systems and databases.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Excellent communication skills to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.Ability to remain calm under pressure and ensure queries are resolved promptly.Good level of literacy and numeracy.DesirableExperience of delivering HR support to colleagues and managers.Knowledge of reporting practices and procedures.Experience using HR information systems and CRM systems (e.g., iTrent).Relevant CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards it.Please note: This role is not eligible for a Cos.
