They’re now seeking a Growth Partnerships Manager to lead and scale strategic commercial partnerships that accelerate the company’s expansion in the UK, Europe and US.The OpportunityAs Growth Partnerships Manager you’ll take ownership of identifying building and managing strategic partnerships that drive commercial growth and product adoption across the pharma CRO and clinical research ecosystem.This is a brand-new role reporting directly to senior leadership and offers significant autonomy to shape the partnership strategy and make a measurable commercial impact.What You’ll DoIdentify, initiate and build commercial partnerships that expand product reach and generate revenue.Lead negotiations and end-to-end deal execution – from outreach to contracting and activation.Build a partner pipeline across pharma CROs, clinical sites, healthtech platforms and data providers.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product to develop joint value propositions and go‑to‑market plans.Represent the business at industry events and conferences to strengthen market visibility and influence.Track partnership KPIs and forecast revenue impact.About YouYou’re commercially driven, strategic and thrive in dynamic environments.
