Assistant Block Manager – X1 Sales & Lettings Join X1 Sales & Lettings, a rapidly expanding business with offices in Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester and Kent, as we look for an Assistant Block Manager to support our Block Management team in Manchester and Liverpool. The Role As an Assistant Block Manager you will assist with all aspects of block management for developments within your portfolio across Manchester and Liverpool. You will spend 4 days per week in Manchester and 1 day a week in Liverpool, and must have access to your own vehicle. You will help ensure buildings are fully compliant with legislative requirements, well maintained, presented in pristine condition and provide fantastic places for residents. You will be a problem‑solver, finding resolutions to maintenance projects, focus on health and safety, work with finance to prepare service charge accounts and budgeting, and manage caretakers and maintenance staff. This dynamic, multi‑faceted role requires handling multiple projects and staying adaptable. What You Will Bring • Highly organised, detail‑oriented and self‑managed. • People‑friendly personality. • Experience within the property industry and a full UK driving licence. • Qualifications in IOSH, ARMA, RICS, or IRPM highly desirable. • Experience managing high‑rise buildings over 18m preferred. • Experience with RTM and RMC buildings advantageous. We Offer • Competitive salary £25,000‑£27,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualification. • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional paid time off over Christmas. • Investment in ongoing training and development; regular CPD training and sponsorship for IRPM/RICS and other relevant industry qualifications.
