Senior Design Manager – Water Projects

We specialise in the water sector and deliver solutions to other sectors such as aviation, defence, energy, and education. Your role as Senior Design Manager will encompass every aspect of design management on transformative programmes for critical UK infrastructure. We currently have opportunities in our Epsom office. Responsibilities Deliver technical design work following relevant design standards and codes to high-quality levels. Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals. Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions. Understand, communicate, and manage project risks. Adhere to quality assurance standards in design. Qualifications Must be a Chartered Engineer (Civil, Mechanical or EICA). Experience leading multidisciplinary design delivery, including Design & Build. Sound knowledge of water and/or wastewater treatment, storage solutions, hydraulics, water supply, and wastewater collection systems, and familiarity with current UK design standards and working practices. Sound commercial, contractual and programme experience.
