The role covers proactive diary and inbox management, forward planning, meeting logistics, action tracking, and support for directorate‑wide events. A key part of the remit is information and correspondence management, including shared mailbox triage for regulatory and stakeholder communications, plus structured minute‑taking and action logging for technical and regulatory forums.
