Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to create an inviting shopping experience. Prioritise health, safety, and well-being by conducting regular risk assessments and maintaining a secure environment. Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a high-performing and motivated team. Sales & Performance Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Take a proactive approach to loss prevention, embedding processes that minimise risks and protect profitability. Use commercial insights to make informed decisions, manage budgets effectively, and drive consistent results. Customer Experience Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable. Address customer feedback thoughtfully and resolve issues to build brand loyalty. Represent Mountain Warehouse with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a positive brand image.
