We focus on doing what is right for our patients, our colleagues, our local communities, and our planet.We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinic Manager, to manage our Norwich clinic, where we provide Laser Vision Correction surgery as well as other private consultations for ophthalmic procedures.Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate proven practice management experience in a high performing commercial environment and has extensive knowledge and experience of CQC management.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be customer facing and you will help drive performance for the practice. You will also be responsible for the daily operational efficiency of the practice; a key part of your role will be developing the team and promoting the benefits of laser surgery to patients.You will have strong management experience within a high-end retail or Optical setting.
