Sales Specialist, Breast Surgery – South Join BD as a Sales Specialist covering the South of the UK, leading the launch of GalaFLEX® resorbable scaffolds. Job Description SummaryProgress your career into a Territory Manager, Breast Surgery role.ate under an incubator model, innovate and make an impact from day one. Work closely with Breast and Plastic Surgeons across public and private sectors. Main Responsibilities Co‑create and implement the commercial strategy for the territory. Identify key market players (scientific societies, opinion leaders, high‑potential customers). Define and execute an action plan to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives, focusing on key accounts. Build and nurture trusted relationships with key accounts. Support trial adoption of BD products and deliver high‑level service and partnership to ensure customer and patient satisfaction. Contribute to event organization (congresses, masterclasses, etc.). Participate in product listing processes in the institutions under your responsibility. Collaborate with BD colleagues on strategic accounts. Conduct competitive intelligence. Manage territory development via Salesforce, entering data daily (opportunities, contacts, events). Comply with regulations governing the promotion of medical devices. About You Track record selling medical equipment in the operating room/surgical setting. Growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to grow your business with an excellent product portfolio. Strong drive for results and a high degree of accountability. Excellent communication, presentation, customer‑facing, listening, and negotiation skills. Ability to think creatively and work autonomously. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM. Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage). Willingness to travel extensively (80% or more). Salary range for the role: £42,000 - £60,000 + bonus + benefits Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
