Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey within an educational community that values diversity, encourages collaboration, and celebrates excellence?Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver an effective reception service including answering routine telephone and face‑to‑face enquiries; signing in visitors and sorting and distributing internal and external mail.Communicate to parents via the text message and email service as and when required.Responsible for health and safety, security and welfare of self and colleagues in accordance with E‑ACT's policies and procedures, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.Help and assist any children that come to the office.Provide general clerical support e.g. photocopying, filing, emailing, completing routine forms and responding to routine correspondence.Qualifications and SkillsExperience of using the Microsoft Office suite to intermediate level or above.Knowledge of safeguarding requirements.Good qualifications in both English and Mathematics.Knowledge of GDPR requirements.Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity around information.BenefitsFinancial and LifestyleWe offer a strong financial package including access to defined benefit pension schemes (LGPS or TPS), life cover at three times pensionable pay, and 31 days of annual leave for year‑round employees.
