Our agile working approach allows our teams to thrive in a supportive and adaptable environment while delivering high‑quality care.Main duties of the jobCarrying out high‑quality ADOS assessments, as part of a Multi‑Disciplinary Team (MDT) for children and young peopleAssess and provide tailored advice and interventions for children with diverse needs.Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in collaboration with families and carers.Recommend and support the use of specialist equipment for home and school settings.Liaise with professionals across health, education, social care, and voluntary sectors to ensure comprehensive care.Provide sensitive and effective communication with children and their families, adapting to their needs and circumstances.Contribute to team performance targets and participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.Assist with prioritising treatment goals for children with complex needs or terminal illnesses, ensuring appropriate discharge planning and referrals.About usAbout the CompanyWe change lives by transforming health and care.Established in 2006, we are one of the UK’s leading independent providers of community health and care services, working with health and care commissioners and communities to transform services with a focus on experience, efficiency and improved outcomes.
