Mejuri is committed to responsible sourcing, sustainable practices, and philanthropic initiatives reflecting our values.The Role: The Temporary Stylist role is a key touchpoint for our customers in Mejuri stores. You are the first point of introduction to customers, prioritizing customer service excellence and sharing the Mejuri brand story to create incredible in-store experiences. You are bright, energetic, customer-focused, and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment. You curate and style products for customers, leveraging product knowledge to delight customers’ lives. You engage with customers on the floor and model Mejuri’s brand principles and values with your team and every customer you meet. You may also support in back-of-house, operations, merchandising, line control, and related areas as needed.Temporary Status: This is a temporary role with a term commencing October 2025 and terminating January 2026. Opportunities to become a permanent Stylist may be available after the term, subject to individual performance and business needs.ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers and drive the business through delivering sales and outstanding clienteling.Take ownership of sales results, focusing on KPIs such as Average Order Value, Conversion, and revenue to target.Connect with customers to understand needs and help find the best items for them.Support a memorable and customized customer service experience aligned with Mejuri Principles.Assist in checking out customers accurately and promptly.Provide informed suggestions to improve service and selling-floor productivity.Lead a memorable customer service experience that builds relationships through the Mejuri brand story.Stay informed on all Mejuri products and latest launches, and share knowledge with the team.Execute tasks to keep the store clean and organized and ensure customers are thanked at the end of their journey.OperationsCollaborate with the store team to identify opportunities to improve daily operations (systems, processes) and communicate with HQ where appropriate.Minimize shrink using loss-prevention techniques.Support all transaction types within our OMNI business including purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, BOPIS and BORIS to exceed expectations.Support monthly inventory counts including preparation, execution, and verification.Assist with day-to-day maintenance of visual displays and product.Report damaged display product or tools and provide feedback on gaps and opportunities.Key Performance IndicatorsSPHAOVConversionWhat you’ll bring to the teamAbility to work weekends and outside of regular hours as needed (including retail-focused holidays).Experience with clienteling or building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.Innovative thinker with a passion for styling and personal customer service.Ability to listen to customer feedback and share insights with management.Great attention to detail, highly organized, and with a proactive mindset.Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and under pressure to meet deadlines.BenefitsComprehensive medical and dental benefits, including mental health coverage, and generous personal and sick days for full-time employees.
