We deliver person-centered care in the community and offer live-in servicesacross Dorset and Devon. With a growing reputation for compassionate care and quick response, we’re expanding – andwe’re looking for a Care Coordinator to help lead the way.The RoleAsCare Coordinator, you’ll be the hub of our care operations – planning, organizing,and ensuring smooth delivery of care for our clients. You’ll also support carers and families, ensuring care isconsistent, high-quality, and always client-focused.Key Responsibilities:Manage staff rotas and care schedulesCommunicate with families, clients & professionalsSupport with onboarding & mentoring new staffEnsure compliance and accurate record-keepingRespond to urgent cover needs with calm and speedWork closely with office and field staff to ensure deliveryWhat You’ll Need:Minimum 6 months experience in home careValid UK driving licence & access to a car (essential)Right to work in the UKWarm, caring, and proactive attitudeAble to work Monday–Friday + occasional weekendsWhat We Offer:£14.00–£15.00per hour + bonuses£21 per hour on bank holidaysWagestream– access pay anytimePaid travel timeFlexible working & part-time optionsCompany pension, sick pay &Blue Lightcard discountsTrainings & NVQs up to QCF level 5Career progression in a growing companyApply TodayJoin a passionate and growing team that truly cherishes lives.
