What You’ll Do Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences. Support individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional needs. Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Be a role model for our school values every day. What We’re Looking For A passion for helping children achieve their best. Experience working with children (school-based experience is an advantage). A team player with a positive attitude and plenty of energy.
