Telesales / Appointment Maker Executive Approx. basic £35k + Annual Bonus + Bens. Office based: Northampton. Hours - 9am-5pm. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Work with a large database of client contacts to gather names and email addresses to expand our points of contact. Speak with key decision makers to assess current needs. Fact find good quality information with each call. Input data into Excel spreadsheets / CRM/HubSpot system. Work closely with the BDM team supporting them with quotes and other simple tasks as required. Occasionally attend meetings with customers. Email information to new contacts. Maintain rigorous follow-up with all communications. Ideal Candidate Experienced outbound caller who is used to appointment making. Experienced outbound B2B Telesales professional. Exceptional communication skills. Energetic & self‑motivated. Excellent IT skills including CRM database use, Excel & Outlook. Strive are a UK‑wide Supply Chain & Logistics management recruiter.
