JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Lawyer (In‑House) PQE: 2+ | LOCATION: West Midlands, Hybrid (2 days in office) | SALARY: £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits ROLE A leading UK organisation in the travel and leisure infrastructure sector is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to support a broad range of real estate matters across its national estate. This is a hands‑on in‑house role involving lease work, land rights, estate management and general commercial property transactions. Key Responsibilities Handling commercial leases, wayleaves, land rights agreements and related contracts. Advising on title, access, planning and regulatory issues affecting property matters. Working closely with landlords, commercial partners, statutory bodies and internal teams. Ensuring compliance and supporting efficient delivery of property projects. CANDIDATE Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE. Experience in commercial property. Understanding of planning, land rights and related regulatory frameworks. Confident drafter and negotiator with strong stakeholder skills. Commercially minded and able to work independently.
