Our early careers programme gives you the chance to connect with others across the region / business who are also starting their career, as well as mentoring, Chartership support & bonuses and more.Role Title: Graduate Structural EngineerStart Date: September 2026Location: BelfastYour RoleUndertake engineering design (to EuroCode/BS)Provide technical assistance to the members of the Structural Engineering TeamAssist in the delivery of projects on time and to budgetWork under the supervision of the Project Engineer(s) and the Design team leaderAssist in design reviews and verification checksUndertake site visits and surveysEnsure compliance with all legislation, regulations and site procedures or instructionsLiaise with clients, architects, contractors, statutory bodies and stakeholdersQualificationsMinimum 2:1 degree qualified in a relevant subjectDesirable SkillsMS Office/ MS Teams skillsPrevious industry work experienceExperience in the use of AutoCad / REVITExperience in the use of engineering design softwareCommitment to achieving professional qualifications in engineering/chartered statusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivatedApplication Closing Date: 31st October 2025Assessment Centre to be held: February 2026We take pride in delivering projects effectively for clients.
