A part-time post is available in various locations across Cheshire East, Knowsley, St Helens and Wirral - permanent position. This position would suit anyone wishing to work agile or remotely. As part of the 0-19+ / 0-25 Services which with other local statutory, health and voluntary agencies to provide includes Health Visiting and School nursing. You will be delivering public health advice and person centred packages of care via virtual contacts.You will be working in partnership with Local Authorities and other stakeholders across Cheshire East, Wirral, St Helens and Knowsley to take the local children’s agenda forward.
