Are you enthusiastic about helping children thrive in their early primary years? We’re looking for a KS1 Teaching Assistant who is reliable, proactive, and passionate about inclusive education. Role Details Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons. Provide 1:1 and small group support for literacy and numeracy. Maintain a positive and structured learning environment. Support pupils with SEN needs, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed. Essential Requirements Full school‑day availability (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM). Strong communication and time‑management skills. Experience supporting pupils with SEN or willingness to gain SEN experience (training provided). A genuine commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing.
