All sessions and activities are delivered within a community or school setting and aim to increase physical activity, football participation and performance. The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Football in the Community Officer to join the Aston Villa Foundation. The post holder will be responsible for leading and delivering high quality football and multi-skills sessions across a variety of school and community settings, at the same time identifying and driving new opportunities for the Football in the Community (FiTC) department. The Person The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage children of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds by leading and delivering high-quality coaching sessions and educational lessons during school hours, evenings, and weekends. You will lead on the growth and development of Football in the Community (FiTC) programmes in designated geographical areas and play a key role in supporting the execution of the Aston Villa Foundation strategy and FitC departmental business plan.
